Description
Metro is inviting bids for Munger Property Demolition for the Parks and Nature Department. The Contractor shall demolish and legally dispose of the structures, construction materials, appliances, furniture, trash, fencing, concrete, asphalt, gravel, and all items described in the scope of work.

Pre-Bid Conference
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on February 2, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at 22300 SW Munger Ln., Sherwood, OR 97140. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
