Description
Metro is requesting proposals to provide audio visual services (“AV” or “AV Services”) to the Oregon Convention Center (OCC) on a non-exclusive basis as OCC’s preferred AV services provider. The provider selected will also manage and perform exclusive Rigging Services within the venue for all AV services, regardless of the provider.

Pre-Proposal Conference
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland, OR on December 15, 2022, at 1:00 PM. Arrive at the Main Entrance (King Lobby) on MLK Jr. Blvd. Parties unable to attend in person may attend virtually via Zoom. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference to gain information about the RFP requirements.
