Description

The goal of this project is to develop a Business Intelligence (BI) Strategic Roadmap that identifies the people, processes, and technologies needed for effective BI within Metro’s WPES department.  The three phases of the project will be to analyze current conditions, to develop a roadmap and to finalize documentation.
