ITB 4097 On-Call General Repair and Maintenance

Description

Metro and the Metro Venues are seeking On-Call General Repair and Maintenance services for both residential and commercial properties owned by Metro and Metro Venues.  Metro intends to award to multiple vendors, and intends to select firms that have emergency services, but may also award to firms that do not provide emergency services. Please see ITB for details. 

A voluntary pre-bid web-conference will be held on Zoom on November 17, 2022, 2:00 p.m.  Interested bidders and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the ITB requirements.
