ITB 4105 RID Laundry Service

Description

Oregon Metro’s Waste Prevention and Environmental Services (WPES) Regional Illegal Dumping (RID) Patrol Services program is seeking regular, weekly laundry services. The RID program  will require laundry services for standard work apparel as renovations are being completed at the building for the next 12-24 months.  Pick up and drop off quantity of laundry will be influenced by outside variables such as weather and type of cleanup duties the program is involved with at the time. The types of items to be laundered will consists of standard variety work pants, work shirts, work gloves, work jackets, sweatshirts, socks, and similar items. Also included will be personal protective clothing items with reflective, high visibility sections such as shirts, vests, rain pants and jackets. The latter items will be required to be air dried, not mechanically dried, to preserve the reflective tape.
