Description
Metro is inviting bids to repair concrete at Metro Central Transfer Station located at 6161 NW 61st, Portland OR.
The project consists of one area of 15 feet by 35 feet in size for replacement of concrete. The actual square footage will be determined just prior to construction start for each area based on square foot unit prices for that specific area. The concrete slabs vary between 12 inches and 16 inches thick. Some areas have rebar.
Hard copies of bids must be submitted to the Metro Regional Center no later than the due date and time indicated in the solicitation documents.

Pre-Bid Conference
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on July 20, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at 6161 NW 61st St, Portland OR 97210. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
All attendees shall wear appropriate PPE. The group will gather in the gravel parking lot just past the commercial entrance.
