ITB 4060 Blue Lake Park Building Demolitions

Description

Metro is seeking bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the demolition and site restoration of six existing structures at Blue Lake Regional Park, including all excavation, demolition, utility work, and restoration of disturbed surfaces, complete with all work incidental to, or necessary for, satisfactory completion of the work described in the Invitation to Bid.

Hard copies of bids are due to Metro Regional Center at 600 NE Grand Ave no later than the time and date indicated in the solicitation documents.

Pre-Bid Conference

A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on June 9, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at Blue Lake Park concessions building, 21224 NE Blue Lake Road, Fairview, Oregon.  Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.

Masks will be required to enter any of the buildings during the conference.
