RFP 4045 Evaluation of Non-lead Ammunition in Oregon

Description

Contractor will conduct evaluation of the Non-lead Hunting Education program implementation and its effect on Oregon hunters change in behavior around non-lead ammunition use and beliefs in the conservation benefit of using non-lead ammunition. Contractor will work closely with the Non-lead Hunting Education Coordinator to develop evaluation methodology and analysis to evaluate program effects, goal accomplishments, and inform program improvement opportunities. Survey instruments will address different populations within the hunting community, including program participants, non-participants from the general hunting population, and the non-hunting public. Goals of evaluation are examining program implementation, program effects, and develop adaptive management recommendations.
