RFP 4021 Project Management Training

Description

Metro is requesting proposals for Project Management Training.  The selected contractor will provide and facilitate detailed project management and project sponsor training to the Construction Project Management Office (CPMO) as well as general project management principles approximately three (3) times per year, to large groups (approximately 60 people).  Training curriculum is to include, but not be limited to, general project management principles, techniques and best practices.
