ITB 4018 Smull Property Demolition

Description

Metro is seeing Bids for the Smull Property Demolition project. 

Contractor shall demolish and legally dispose of the structures, electric poles, propane tank, concrete, gravel, dirt berms, and construction debris at the above listed address. Contractor shall remove the structures and all building materials including but not limited to concrete, rebar, vapor barriers, lumber, siding, roofing, windows, doors, drywall, insulation, cabinets, countertops, sinks, bathtubs, showers, toilets, appliances, plumbing pipes, wiring, fencing, posts, gates, yard spigots, built in and loose furniture and all construction debris such as: wood, glass, metal, plastic, cellulose, insulation, asphalt, etc. associated with the demolition.  Contractor shall remove private electric poles, overhead and underground non energized wires, propane tank, and all concrete.

Pre-Bid Conference

A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on February 9, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. at the project site, address in the Bid document.  Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.

Per Metro policy, physical distancing and mask protocol will be enforced at this meeting.  Please do not attend if you experience symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours of the meeting.
