Description
Metro is inviting bids to complete the second phase of the Oxbow Welcome Center site.
Work includes all labor, materials, tools, machinery, equipment, and services necessary to build the Oxbow Welcome Center parking lot with exterior lighting, stormwater management facilities, new material bays and to relocate waste and recycling areas.
Hard copies of bids must be received by Metro at 600 NE Grand Ave, Portland OR 97232 by the due date indicated in the solicitation documents

Pre-Bid Conference
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on November 8, at 9:00 a.m. at Oxbow Nature Park Welcome Center . Because of the State of Oregon’s social distancing policy, a limited number people are allowed to tour the site at one time. Each potential bidder is limited to one attendee. Attendance will be per RSVP. If the first conference fills up we will hold another at 10:00 am.
