ITB 3983 Fleet Heavy Equipment Repair Services

Description

The contract contemplated consists of heavy equipment repair services as requested. Vendor to provide on-call services to maintain and repair Metro's fleet of heavy equipment, including, but not limited to the following equipment:

·         Tractors

·         Mowers

·         Gang mowers

·         Backhoes

·         Dump trucks

·         Trenchers

·         Flail attachments

·         Brush chipping machines

·         Skid steers and implements

·         Forklifts

·         any other equipment in Metro’s inventory or purchased at a later date

Pre-Bid Conference

Pre-Bid Conference A voluntary pre-bid web-conference will be held on Zoom on November 10, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. Interested bidders and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the ITB requirements.

Requests for additional information or interpretation of the contract documents shall be delivered to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov referencing the ITB number, in writing, at least ten (10) days prior to the Bid due date and time.  If, in the opinion of Metro, additional information or interpretation is needed by the Bidders, an addendum will be issued to all known specification holders.  The provisions of any written addenda issued by the Procurement Officer at least three (3) business days prior to the Bid due date and time shall be binding upon the Bidders, and failure of a Bidder to obtain such addenda shall not excuse compliance therewith by the successful bidder.
