ITB 3933 Metro South Transfer Station Office Addition

Description

Metro is inviting bids expand the usable office working space at Metro South Transfer Station maintenance building located at 2001 Washington Street, Oregon City, OR 97045

 Work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remodel the existing storage space of the mezzanine to add additional usable office accommodations for site personnel.  The project also includes all work incidental to or necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as described in the Invitation to Bid.

Addendum 1 extends bid due date and advises Contractors of Metro's COBID Requirement Certification.

Pre-Bid Conference

A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on October 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the site.  Because of the State of Oregon’s social distancing policy, a limited number people are allowed to tour the site at one time.  Each potential bidder is limited to one attendee.  Attendance will be per RSVP to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov.  If the first conference fills up we will hold another at 11:00 am.
