Metro is inviting bids for the Blue Lake Regional Park Municipal Water Service Connection located in Fairview OR.

 Work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the Blue Lake Regional Park municipal water service, including all excavation, waterline work, and restoration of disturbed surfaces, complete with all work incidental to or necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as described in the Invitation to Bid.

Pre-Bid Conference

A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on September 30, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at Blue Lake Regional Park’s Lake House parking lot, 21160 NE Blue Lake Road, Fairview, Oregon.  Because of the State of Oregon’s social distancing policy, a limited number people are allowed to tour the site at one time.  Each potential bidder is limited to one attendee.  Attendance will be per RSVP to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov.  If the first conference fills up we will hold another at 10:00 am.
