Description
Project: Affordable Housing Development within the McKenzie Holiday Farm Fire Area
Project Description
The McKenzie Valley Long Term Recovery Group (MVLTRG) is seeking proposals from parties qualified to provide housing manufactured off-site and transported to privately owned properties within and immediately surrounding the footprint of the 2020 Holiday Farm Fire. These units will serve as Accessory Dwelling Units and will therefore be 900 square feet or smaller.
To ensure compliance and reporting of all grant requirements, Lane County is facilitating the competitive selection process on behalf of the McKenzie Valley Long Term Recovery Group, however the resulting contractual relationship will be directly between the awarded Contractor and MVLTRG; not with Lane County.
