Description

Lane County Department of Health & Human Services is seeking proposals from providers for Continuum of Care Program competition administered by HUD for Transitional Housing, Supportive Services Only- Outreach, and Supportive Services Only services. On November 13th, HUD released the FY25 Continuum of Care Competition Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). Lane County Human Services Division, as the Collaborative Applicant for OR-500 CoC, will complete the CoC Application on behalf of the Continuum. One or multiple projects or proposals may be selected to apply for funding through this RFP.

About Lane County
