Description
Lane County, on behalf of its Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to implement and operate a turnkey, entity-owned pharmacy. The pharmacy will be located either within an existing FQHC facility or at an alternative site mutually agreed upon by both parties. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive suite of services necessary to fully establish and operate the pharmacy. This includes but is not limited to: construction or buildout of the pharmacy space; procurement and installation of all required equipment and software; staffing with appropriately licensed and credentialed personnel; securing all necessary federal, state, and local licensure and permits; and fronting all costs associated with the initial development and ongoing operations of the pharmacy. It is expected that these costs will be recovered through revenues generated from pharmacy operations.
