Pre-Bid Site Visit Information
A mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:00 PM local time, Thursday, August 7, 2025, at the Juvenile Justice Center, 2727 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Eugene, OR for the purpose of reviewing the Project Area and answering questions regarding this project. Attendees are to meet with the County’s representative at the Entry to the Juvenile Justice Center. Attendance at the Pre-bid meeting is mandatory for Prime Bidders, and all interested persons are invited to attend. Attendance is not mandatory for First-tier subcontractors, but participation by these subcontractors is strongly encouraged. No Bid will be received or considered from a Prime Bidder that did not have a bona fide representative in attendance at the Pre-bid meeting. Prime Bidders and First Tier Subcontractors that have been prequalified for this project by Lane County may participate in the project.
