Description

Alcoholic Beverage Services vendors  who  are  interested  in  providing alcoholic beverage services at the Lane Events Center (LEC) for Lane County.  The anticipated contract term is  September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2030.

LEC is seeking an exclusive provider of the alcohol concessions at the Lane Events Center and Lane County Fair.  The vendor must provide the OLCC license for the facility as well as all their own equipment and tents, follow all local, state and federal laws and licenses, set up and tear down of their equipment at all events, maintain and provide their own POS system, meet insurance requirements, signage, alcohol monitors, and work with LEC staff to build sponsorships for the different events held at the Fairgrounds.
