Description
Lane County is seeking offers from qualified contractors to provide construction services to remodel the restroom building at Harbor Vista Campground and Park in Florence Oregon. Improvements include select demolition, minor concrete slab repair, wall framing, casework, WRB, siding, doors, spandrel glazing coating, gyp board, carpet, ceilings, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage, and modified sidewalks and pavement. Enhancements include new roofing, insultation, floor tile, partitions and wood decking.
Pre-Qualification Instructions
This solicitation is for a Lane County Community Benefit Bidding project, therefore prime bidders and First Tier Subcontractors that provide select trades must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid. Prequalification applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis but must be received no less than ten (10) days prior to the bid Closing Date to be considered a responsive bidder. Prequalification applications as well as a list of prequalified contractors can be found on the Lane County Procurement & Purchasing webpage at: www.lanecounty.org/bids.

Pre-Bid Site Visit Information
A MANDATORY Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 10:00am at the Harbor Vista Park located at 87658 Harbor Vista Rd Florence, OR 97439. Only Offerors in attendance will be permitted to submit an offer for this project. Subcontractors and suppliers are not required to attend the conference but are advised to do so if a site visit is necessary to submit a quote. Statements made by County staff or representatives are not binding upon the County unless confirmed by written addendum.
