Description

The Project consists of security upgrades to the Lane County Courthouse courtrooms, chambers, judge’s assistant works areas, and public transaction counters, including access control, duress systems, video surveillance, associated cable routing, server upgrades, and associated mounting with minor alterations to finishes as required.  It is anticipated that the majority of rough-in and cabling work will need to be completed outside of normal business hours.

Pre-Bid Site Visit Information

A mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 AM local time Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at the Lane County Courthouse, 125 E 8TH Ave, Eugene, OR for the purpose of reviewing the Project Area and answering questions regarding this project. Attendees are to meet with the County’s representative at the Courthouse entrance security checkpoint. Attendance at the Pre-bid meeting is mandatory for Prime Bidders and all First-tier subcontractors, and all interested persons are invited to attend. No Bid will be received or considered from a Prime Bidder that did not have a bona fide representative in attendance at the Pre-bid meeting.  

Please leave in your vehicle all pocket knives, pepper spray, and anything else not typically allowed inside a courthouse.
