Description
Lane County is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to provide construction-related services to repair two covered bridges damaged during the January 2024 ice storm.
Special Instructions
Prevailing Wages; State and Federal
This solicitation is for a public works project which is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. All offerors are required to consult the BOLI publication for Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon Subject to State PWR Law and all subsequent amendments. The rates in effect shall be as in BOLI publication dated January 5, 2025. The documents can be accessed through the following web address:

This solicitation is for a federally assisted construction contract which is subject to the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts regulations found in 29 CFR 5.2. All offerors are required to consult the federal Department of Labor wage determination in effect 10 days prior to the solicitation closing date. Current rates are included as Attachment D to the solicitation. Contractors will be required to pay the higher of the federal or Oregon rate applicable to each worker.
