Description
In general, the Scope of Work includes the interior finish remodel of the lobby at the Lane Events Center Convention Center. Project work includes demolition of existing mortar set brick paver flooring and installation of new tile flooring. Miscellaneous finish work in the lobby and electrical and lighting work as described in the Drawings and Specifications.
Pre-Qualification Instructions
Only Prime Bidders and Subcontractors that have been prequalified for this project by Lane County may submit Bids. To be considered for prequalification, prime bidders and first-tier subcontractors must complete a prequalification application that includes commitments regarding rates of pay, apprenticeship participation, and full-family health insurance for workers employed on the project. Prequalification applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis but must be received not less than two weeks prior to due date of bids of a specific project.
**Please note – if you completed the prequalification application within the last two years for another project, you do not need to submit an additional application.**

A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, 9:00am, at Lane Events Center: 796 W. 13th Ave. Eugene, OR 97402. Offerors are not required to attend to be eligible to submit an offer for this project but are advised to do so if a site visit is necessary to submit an offer. Statements made by County staff or representatives are not binding upon the County unless confirmed by written addendum.

About Lane County
Lane County is one of the largest counties in Oregon, stretching from the peaks of the Cascade Mountain range to the beaches on the Oregon coast. About Lane County Procurement
