Description
Lane County intends to utilize a Contract-Specific Special Procurement to purchase a stainless steel tanker trailer. The County had previously issued a request for quote however the received quotes exceeded the threshold for which an RFQ could apply. The County intends to analyze the multiple quotes that were received during the RFQ process to select the offer most advantageous to the County.

Lane County is comprised of twelve departments that each process contracts and make purchases per Contract Policies approved by the Lane County Board of Commissioners. These policies can be found in the Lane Manual Chapter 20. Oversight is provided by the Procurement Office and County Counsel.
