Description
In general, the Scope of Work includes providing Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for constructions of the CleanLane Resource Recovery Facility in Goshen, Oregon. More information can be found on the County’s CleanLane Resource Recovery Facility website page. This project is a Lane County Community Benefits Project; therefore all Offerors must be prequalified by the County per the instructions below.
Pre-Qualification Instructions
Offerors are required to be deemed prequalified for the Lane County Community Benefit Bidding Program no later than ten days prior to the Closing date stated above. Firms that have not prequalified yet can find prequalification instructions and the application on the Lane County Procurement & Purchasing webpage at: www.lanecounty.org/bids
