Description
Lane Community College of Eugene is located in Oregon with 34 buildings and over 1.3 million gross square feet. The maintenance and improvements of these facilities occasionally require the support of a professional services provider and Lane Community College is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional maintenance services on an assignment basis as defined in ORS 279B.070.
Selected respondents from this solicitation will form a pool for provision of professional services assignments on an “as-called” basis. The Asst. Director of FMP is responsible for overseeing the service and will initiate the call and represent the University accordingly. Firms that become part of the pool will still be eligible to respond to RFPs for other College projects
It is the intent of the College, as a result of this solicitation, to develop a list of qualified service firms, any of whom may be called upon to provide services during the three-year period ending June 30, 2026.
The College does not intend to add firms to this pool before June 30, 2026.
