Exemption From Competitive Bidding
Findings of Fact to Utilize CM/GC as Alternative Method of Contracting
Lane Community College Building 16 Science, Math and Engineering Building Improvement Project
September 6, 2023, 6:00 pm, College Board Room
At the above noted meeting, the Lane Community College Board, acting in the capacity as the Local Contract Review Board, will consider findings approving an exemption from competitive bidding under ORS 279C.335 for the Building 16 Science, Math and Engineering Building Improvement Project to enable the College to utilize the Construction Manager/General Contractor alternative contracting method under ORS 279C.337. The board meeting will begin at 6:00 pm in the College Board Room located at 4000 East 30th Avenue, Eugene, OR 97045. The draft findings are available for public review online in here .
If an interested party desires a public hearing on the proposed findings, they must submit a written request for a public hearing via email to Celia Wright at wrightc@lanecc.edu prior to the above-noted meeting and a public hearing will be held.
