Description

Lane Community College of Eugene, Oregon, is seeking proposals from Oregon Registered Architects/Engineers to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for BLDG 16 - SCIENCE, MATH AND ENGINEERING BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS. This project is located on the college’s main campus at 4000 E. 30th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon 97405.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:15 AM, January 27, 2023, in Building 16, South Entry Hall, on the LCC Campus. Proposals from firms that are not represented at the pre-proposal conference will not be considered.

The project is expected to be assigned to the selected firm in April 2023, Design work will start immediately with construction anticipated to start in March 2024, and is expected to be completed by June 2025. State matching funds are anticipated to require project completion by July 2025.
