Description
As part of the College’s Strategic Planning process, the College is implementing a series of employee survey initiatives, one of which is a Diversity Climate Study. To accomplish this, the College is seeking a Contractor to work with our team to develop a college-wide Diversity Climate Study; to deploy a college-wide survey; facilitate multiple focus groups; synthesize all gathered data into a recommendation presentation; and to provide a comprehensive findings report. The Contractor will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, synthesizing, and reporting results.
