Description
The college is seeking to contract a grants consultancy to aid with its grant programming, which concentrates mostly on federal funding from a wide variety of agencies (DOED, NSF, SAMHSA, DOL, for example). Some funding is pursued from the Oregon HECC (Higher Education Coordinating Commission). Most private grants are run through the college’s 501(c)3 Foundation, and would not be part of the scope of work for this contract. Additionally, the college is in need of general strategic planning and scheduling concerning grants to achieve a more planful process in alignment with its mission and values.
