RFP-24-013 Repair/Replace Roofs- Big Sandy- Mayo Campus Bldgs A,C,D and E

Description

The Kentucky Community and Technical College System, Office for Facilities Support Services, on behalf of Big Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC) desires to procure professional architectural services and an associated project team to accomplish roof system repairs / replacements project at various buildings on their Mayo Campus in Paintsville, Kentucky.
The buildings involved in this repair/replacement are Buildings A, C, D, and F at the Mayo campus in Paintsville, Kentucky.
The project will initially assume the completion of the roof replacements and roof repairs as indicated above for all buildings listed. During Phase A of this project, the Architect will be establishing the scope of work for each roof replacement and roof repair project, the anticipated cost for each building and the timeline for completion of the project work. At the conclusion of Phase A the scope and timeline of the project will be established.
