RFP-24-012 - Repair and Replace Roofs - Hazard CTC

Description

The Kentucky Community and Technical College System, Office for Facilities Support Services, on behalf of Hazard Community and Technical College (ECTC) desires to procure professional architectural services and an associated project team to accomplish roof system repairs / replacements project at various buildings on their Main Campus and Technical Campus in Hazard, Kentucky.

 The roofing systems on the Heavy Equipment Building, Walter Prather Building, and the Delbert Owens Building on the Technical Campus are to be replaced in their entirety including associated flashings and other work. The metal roofing system on the First Federal Building is to be recoated and work related to the stone coping accomplished.

 The project will initially assume the completion of the roof replacements and roof repairs as indicated above for all buildings listed. During Phase A of this project, the Engineer will be establishing the scope of work for each roof replacement and roof repair project, the anticipated cost for each building and the timeline for completion of the project work. At the conclusion of Phase A the scope and timeline of the project will be established.
