The Kentucky Community and Technical College System, Office for Facilities Support Services, on behalf of West Kentucky Community and Technical College (WKCTC) desires to procure professional architectural serviceds and an associated project team to accomplish ADA upgrades to specific existing restroom facilities on their main campus in Paducah Kentucky.
