8-1-2024 Please review the published addendum containing information provided in response to questions received for this RFP.
KCTCS is seeking a creative solution to address the priorities of excellent service, ease of use, affordability for our students, faculty support for textbook adoptions, and an ongoing contribution of revenue generation, given the current challenging environment. This scope requires the Offeror to be able to provide both types of bookstore services (full-service and virtual) of which KCTCS colleges can opt in or out of as is fitting for the college location business model. Desired model of choice by each college is not available currently.
