Description
DUE TO FEDERAL FUNDING REQUIREMENTS, THIS ORDER MUST BE DELIVERED NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 16, 2022.
KCTCS reserves the right to cancel this PO without further obligation if it cannot be delivered by the due date above. Any extension of the delivery schedule is solely at the discretion of the KCTCS Procurement to Payment Services.
IF DELIVERY CANNOT BE MADE BY DECEMBER 16, 2022, PLEASE CONTACT VICKIE.DILLON@KCTCS.EDU IMMEDIATELY. Please advise of the actual delivery schedule and acknowledge receipt of order within three (3) business days after receipt of order to Vickie.Dillon@kctcs.edu
KCTCS offices will be closed on November 24th and 25th, 2022 in observance of Thanksgiving.
KCTCS offices will be closed from December 19th, 2022, through December 30th, 2022, in observance of Christmas and winter break.
