Description
Proposals are requested from qualified Resident Relocation Services providers to provide resident relocation and coordination services at Peaceful Villa. Home Forward’s Procurement & Contracts Department will accept proposals submitted electronically at Home Forward’s online submission website - https://bidlocker.us/a/homeforward/BidLocker until September 6, 2023, 4:00 PM
Home Forward plans to undertake a complete redevelopment at Peaceful Villa. This property, located in Portland, Oregon, is currently occupied and includes 70 units. Home Forward intends to award one contract to a single provider beginning September 2023. The relocation process will begin in October 2023 and need to be completed by April 2024 prior to construction start. Currently construction is anticipated to start on May 1, 2024. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will take place on August 22, 2023, 10:00 AM via ZOOM.
