The project consists of replacement of existing HVAC roof top unit with a new DOAS roof top unit. Replace all existing diffusers/grilles for new system as indicated in drawings. New ductless mini split unit and wall hung condensing unit in parking garage. All required utility connections as indicated in drawings.
