Description

Rockwood Station is an apartment community located in Gresham, Oregon. It consists of 195 residential units on an irregular shaped 6.21 acre lot. The property includes (9) three-story wood-framed apartment buildings, (1) single-story office building and (2) single-story garage buildings. The office building contains a metal roof which is not part of this project. The (9) apartment buildings and (2) garage buildings contain asphalt shingle roofs which are past their useful life and are in need of replacement. The approximate roof square footage is 85,000 sf. The project will include 100% removal and replacement of the existing roof, with targeted removal and replacement of damaged sheathing and fascia as needed (plan on at least 50% targeted repair).
