Description

The Louisa Flower Apartments, located at 515 NE Holladay Portland, OR 97232 is a 12-story, 210-unit apartment building completed in 2019. This project consists of building out resident services office and conference space in what was contemplated to be future retail. The work consists of bringing up existing grade, pouring a SOG, metal framed wall systems, acoustical ceilings, finishes, doors and hardware with supporting electrical and HVAC services. Except for making the electrical and mechanical connections into the existing system, the work will be isolated from the remainder of the building. There are two mechanical options to connect to the existing HVAC system. There is also one Alternate to building out a package parcel alcove should there be enough budget. The work shall be completed within 90 calendar days.
