Description

Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to be considered for the award of a Price Agreement in the Wastewater Treatment Engineering category.

A description of the services included in the category and the SOQ requirements and timelines are in District’s Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSOQ). Interested consultants must submit their SOQs electronically to Michelle Mann, Procurement Specialist, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at  https://bidlocker.us/details/5458_Rsoq___Price_Agreements_For_Wastewater_Treatment_Engineering_Services until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Before consultants can submit their SOQ, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Any SOQ received after the specified time will not be considered.  District will not accept SOQs by mail, facsimile or email. SOQs will not be publicly opened or read aloud. Late SOQs will not be accepted or considered for award by District.

The RSOQ document may be downloaded from Bid Locker at  https://bidlocker.us/details/5458_Rsoq___Price_Agreements_For_Wastewater_Treatment_Engineering_Services. It is a consultant’s responsibility to refer daily to Bid Locker’s website to check for any available amendments or addenda, response to inquiries or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all information regarding this opportunity. It is not District’s responsibility to notify participating consultants by email or by any other means of any of the above. Copies of this advertisement can be obtained on the Bid Locker website or District’s website at https://dynamic.cleanwaterservices.org/Bids. If you experience problems downloading the RSOQ, please contact Michelle Mann at mannm@cleanwaterservices.org.

District may reject any SOQ not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all SOQs upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
