Description

Clean Water Services (District) wishes to enter into a three-year contract to purchase herbaceous native plants for its watershed enhancement projects. Interested contractors must submit proposals.

Proposals for this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted to Marcela Erceg, Procurement Specialist, electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5049_Request_For_Proposals_Purchase_Of_Herbaceous_Plant_Materials  by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. Facsimile, mailed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.  Late proposals will not be considered for award. Proposals will not be opened publicly nor read aloud.

Copies of the RFP can be downloaded below and from the District's website at https://dynamic.cleanwaterservices.org/Bids under the name of the procurement. You will need to submit a valid email address to receive instructions on downloading a copy of the RFP. Your email address will be saved in the District’s Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFP. Contractors are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from District’s Website.

Contractors are required to attend a preproposal conference. The preproposal conference will be held virtually on May 28, 2025, at 10:00-11:00 a.m. using this Microsoft Teams Link:

District will not consider a proposal from a Contractor that does not attend the pre-proposal conference.
