Description

Sealed Bids for construction of the Forest Grove Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF)  Secondary Clarifier No. 3 and Flagpole Landscape Project No. 7036.6925 (Project) will be accepted by Michelle Mann, Program Support Specialist, electronically via Bid Locker at bidPortalLink until 2:00 p.m., local time, on March 23, 2023.

 

Contractor shall complete the work as specified or indicated in Owner’s Contract Documents for the Project. The Project consists of work that is generally described as follows (collectively, Work):

Install erosion control measures; clearing and grubbing turf, shrubs and trees; placement of boulders, 3/4” of 0”  rock, mulch, soil, and bark dust; design and installing irrigation, and planting trees and shrubs in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications.

The Work Site is located at Forest Grove WRRF, 1345 SW Fernhill Road, Forest Grove, Oregon 97116 (Site).
