Clean Water Services (District) is requesting proposals from contractors who offer both key/card lock vehicle fueling and mobile on-site fueling services. Interested contractors must submit proposals. A copy of the Request for Proposals document can be downloaded from District's website at

Pre-Proposal Conference

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at District’s Field Operations Facility, located at 2025 S.W. Merlo Court Beaverton, Oregon. District will not accept proposals from contractors who fail to attend the conference. Contact Heidi Blasingame at or (503) 681-4458 if you plan to attend the pre-proposal conference.
