Description
The purpose of this RFQ is to contract with qualified contractor to provide Clackamas County employees with Health & Safety Institute (“HSI”) and Medic First Aid (“MFA”) BasicPlus CPR, AED, First Aid for Adults and blood borne pathogen classes. Upon successful completion of these classes, attendees shall receive valid certifications.

Prospective Quoters will need to sign in to download the information and that information will be accumulated for a Plan Holder's List. Prospective Quoters are responsible for obtaining any addenda or clarifying questions from OregonBuys.
