Description
Notice is hereby given that Housing Authority of Clackamas County (HACC), will receive sealed Proposals per specifications until 2:00 PM, January 9, 2025 (“Closing”), to provide principal real estate brokerage services for the sale of HACC’s scattered site public housing properties. No Proposals will be received or considered after that time.

RFP Documents can be downloaded from the state of Oregon procurement website (“OregonBuys”) at the following address https://oregonbuys.gov/bso/view/login/login.xhtml, Document No. S-C01010-00012240.
Prospective Proposers will need to sign in to download the information and that information will be accumulated for a Plan Holder's List. Prospective Proposers are responsible for obtaining any Addenda, clarifying questions, and Notices of Award from OregonBuys.
