Prospective Quoters will need to sign in to download the information and that information will be accumulated for a Plan Holder's List. Prospective Quoters are responsible for obtaining any addenda or clarifying questions from OregonBuys.
The purpose of this RFQ is seeking consulting services to conduct an organizational health equity assessment using the nationally recognized toolkit developed by BARHII.
