All quotes are binding upon Quoter for sixty (60) days from the Quote Due Date/Time. Quotes received after the Quote Due Date/Time may not be considered. If authorized in the RFQ and resulting contract, travel and other expense reimbursement will only be reimbursed in accordance with the Clackamas County Travel Reimbursement Policy in effect at the time the expense is incurred.
