The Housing Authority of Clackamas County (HACC) requests proposals from qualified professional consultants to provide Financial and Development Advisory Services in connection with proposed portfolio restructuring, redevelopments and acquisition of affordable housing. HACC has an on-going need for these types of professional services to support a wide variety of acquisition, renovation and new construction projects.
