Description
lackamas Water Environment Services (WES/District), is requesting Proposals from consultants to provide engineering services during construction for the Tri-City WRRF Primary Clarifier Rehabilitation Project. The work includes rehabilitation of six rectangular primary clarifiers, including basin concrete repair, mechanism replacement, and miscellaneous building and electrical improvements. The project is scheduled to bid in the Fall of 2022 with on-site construction slated to begin Summer 2023.
Proposers should demonstrate their firm’s capabilities to successfully complete this project within budget and on schedule. Selection will be made based on firm qualifications. An agreement will be developed with the selected firm.
