Description
Clackamas County’s Behavioral Health Division is seeking qualified programs and organizations to provide A&D Recovery Housing to Clackamas County Residents as more fully described in Scope of Work section.
Clackamas Behavioral Health Division (BHD) has held a contract with agencies to provide A&D Recovery Housing to Clackamas County Residents. The funding provided through BHD is from the County Financial Assistance Agreement (CFAA) with the State of Oregon, Oregon Health Authority, specifically Service Element A&D 66 (SE 66), Non-federal funds for a total of $45,000 per year. The contract was a partnership with Community Development, who, through the Continuum of Care, approves HUD (Housing and Urban Development) funding for housing for various population including primarily individuals who are homeless and the funding through SE 66 was to supplement the gap between HUD funding and the cost of running the program.
Contractor will provide stable alcohol and drug-free permanent housing for women involved with Department of Human Services (DHS). Program must support women in an effort to reunify with their children in foster care. Contractor services must include a structured living program within each house.
